Usui-sensei just love girly stuff. In the infirmary you'll see a ton of plushies to decorate it, she loves fashion, doing manucure and talk about girly stuff with the other girls students.
She's not really strong physically, which makes her look even "feminine".

H i s t o r y

Usui-sensei was born and raised at Miyako Island. Since she was a little girl, she always was the cute and sweet girl of the class. She was already popular and got a lot of love letters from boys, but she never really accepted them and rejected all of them nicely. She was not hated by girls for that either, she even had a lot of friends and was really happy. When she entered middle school, she made a boyfriend which she cared a lot about. Together they made a promise that they always be together, no matter what happens to them. Unfortunately, her boyfriend had to move to Tokyo when they graduate middle school, Usui-sensei was so sad about it but still wanted to keep the promise they made. Since her boyfriend's dream was to become a surgeon, she decided to become a doctor. She failed at it but managed to became a nurse, and actually enjoyed being one, and kept working as a nurse not just for the old promise but because she liked taking care of people who needed someone. Someday, the principal of Natsugaoka-High contacted her and said that he needed her skills in healing, because they needed a nurse into their school. She actually was a student in Natsugaoka-high in the past and was happy to return there, she accepted and became the nurse of Natsugaoka-High.
